Arrival information

Check-in and check-out: check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee: HUF 5,000 per room for each hour or part thereof.

The room rate includes half-board accommodation and the following services:

This is not the first time we spent our vacation here, this time two weeks. Everything was perfect, from the spacious room to the great selection of the food at the restaurant. Not to mention the treatment we got at the hotel. We had about three different procedures every day. The amenities were priceless, from the thermal pools to the saunas. Very nice property with good spa facilities and walking distance to Lake Heviz. Friendly staff and helpful spa attendants.

Hotel is very nice and modern, its great value for money. The food was amazing, fresh and very tasty with dietary options available. The only thing that slightly disappointed us was that the outside pool was out of order. We enjoyed our stay a lot and I am already recommending the hotel to friends and family.

I stayed with my Mom for a week and that was the most relaxing holiday we ever been to. We enjoyed the meals immensely, customer service as well as therapies we were receiving.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

The hotel offers both an underground car park and an outdoor car park for guests. Parking spaces are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Outdoor car parks and a large municipal car park are also available in Hévíz, likewise for a fee. For information on parking in town, please ask at our reception.

Parking rates

  • Underground car park:
    31 August – 21 October 2026 and 1 November – 22 December 2026: HUF 2,900 per car per night, free for stays of 14 nights or more.
  • Outdoor car park:
    31 August – 21 October 2026 and 1 November – 22 December 2026: HUF 2,600 per car per night, free for stays of 14 nights or more.

Peak-period rates

  • Underground car park:
    22–31 October 2026 and 23 December 2026 – 3 January 2027: HUF 3,700 per car per night, free for stays of 14 nights or more.
  • Outdoor car park:
    22–31 October 2026 and 23 December 2026 – 3 January 2027: HUF 3,400 per car per night, free for stays of 14 nights or more.

Hotel guests can charge their electric vehicles free of charge in the underground car park and in the car park in front of the entrance; please bring your own charging cable. The car park in front of the main entrance has one charging post with two Type 2 connectors, offering up to 22 kW. On level -1 of the underground car park there are two wall-mounted charging stations with a total of four Type 2 connectors, also offering up to 22 kW. For more information, please contact reception.

We offer special discounts for children. Children under 5 stay free of charge on a half-board basis. Older children receive an age-based percentage discount on the room rate. Discounts apply only if the child or children share a room with their parents. Free stays apply to as many children as there are guests paying the full rate in the same room; each additional child receives an age-based discount. The hotel reserves the right to apply different child discounts to certain offers.

Payment at the hotel – As stated in your booking confirmation, your stay is payable on arrival in cash, by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), by SZÉP card (OTP, MKB, K&H) or by Hungarian health fund card (for services approved by the card provider).
Payment when booking online – Book securely on our website with no waiting time and see the exact amount due straight away. Some of our offers require a deposit, which you can pay on our payment page by bank card, OTP SZÉP card or SimplePay.
Discount cards – We accept the discount cards of our contracted partners. If you have a discount card, please let us know when booking.

The hotel may charge a fee for changes made to a booking before arrival. For details, please contact our reservations team.
