Synlab laboratory services

As an intermediary partner of SYNLAB, we offer exceptional opportunities in diagnostics and laboratory testing. SYNLAB’s professional expertise and nationwide network across Hungary help ensure that our guests receive accurate, reliable results. Clinical chemistry, immunological, microbiological, molecular diagnostic and genetic tests can be requested even without a referral or a long wait.

  • no medical referral required
  • no queuing or waiting
  • by prior appointment
  • in pleasant surroundings
  • fast and convenient access to results
  • blood sampling available from the age of 7

Please note that test results are issued in Hungarian. Results are sent by email, so a valid email address is required. They are also available in the patient’s EESZT account (the Hungarian national eHealth system), which general practitioners and treating physicians can also access. Results in English are available for an additional fee; in this case, the turnaround time may be longer.

To ensure accurate and reliable results, please always follow the preparation instructions for your tests. Blood samples are always taken on an empty stomach, after drinking a sufficient amount of fluid (approx. 0.5 litres), preferably water. Please avoid coffee, tea and sugary drinks before your blood test.
