Cancellation policy
- The booking may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. Modifications are subject to the rates and conditions in effect at the time of the change.
- If the booking is cancelled within 3 days of arrival, 30% of the booking price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Arrival information
Check-in: from 15:00, check-out: until 11:00. Subject to availability, early arrival and late check-out are available for a fee. Parking is available for a fee in the hotel’s underground garage and outdoor car park. Additional parking is available in the town’s car parks for an extra charge.

Room information
Our hotel offers double rooms, spacious Deluxe rooms and suites. Our double rooms are available in Standard or Superior categories. Their basic amenities are the same and include a complimentary bottle of mineral water upon arrival, as well as a kettle with coffee and tea-making facilities.
Our Superior double rooms offer views of the park or pool and include bathroom amenities and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine.
Our Deluxe rooms are the perfect choice for families, featuring separate sleeping and living areas with a sofa bed, divided by a large sliding partition.
Our Deluxe Plus rooms overlook the park or pool and are exceptionally comfortable and quiet.

This is not the first time we spent our vacation here, this time two weeks. Everything was perfect, from the spacious room to the great selection of the food at the restaurant. Not to mention the treatment we got at the hotel. We had about three different procedures every day. The amenities were priceless, from the thermal pools to the saunas. We had a really good time at this hotel.
