New Year’s Eve table assignments: Our hotel staff will arrange the seating for the New Year’s Eve gala dinner. We can inform guests of their assigned room, table number and seat on 28, 29 or 30 December. We are unable to accommodate or guarantee individual requests regarding table assignments.

Cancellation policy
- Our offer requires a 50% deposit, payable by 1 December. For bookings made after that date, please pay the deposit within 48 hours of booking.
- The booking is guaranteed only once the deposit has been received.
- The booking may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. Modifications are subject to availability and the rates and conditions in effect at the time of the change. If the booking is cancelled within 21 days of arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If you cancel within the free cancellation period, we will refund your deposit or issue a gift voucher for the amount paid, which you can use freely.
- In the event of cancellation within 21 days of arrival or a no-show, the deposit will be retained as the cancellation fee and will not be refunded.
Arrival information
Check-in: from 15:00, check-out: until 11:00. Subject to availability, early arrival and late check-out are available for a fee. Parking is available for a fee in the hotel’s underground garage and outdoor car park. Additional parking is available in the town’s car parks for an extra charge.

Accommodation with half-board includes buffet breakfast and dinner, a welcome drink, unlimited use of our sauna and bathing facilities, bathrobe, room and bath towels, various leisure programs throughout the week, access to the fitness room, and the Roomli playhouse for children.

Room information
Our hotel offers double rooms, spacious deluxe rooms and suites. Our double rooms are available in Standard or Superior categories. Their basic amenities are the same and include a complimentary bottle of mineral water upon arrival, as well as a kettle with coffee and tea-making facilities.
Our Superior double rooms offer views of the park or pool and include bathroom amenities and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine.
Our Deluxe rooms are the perfect choice for families, featuring separate sleeping and living areas with a sofa bed, divided by a large sliding partition.
Our Deluxe Plus rooms overlook the park or pool and are exceptionally comfortable and quiet.
