Since living together with the Covid-19 virus determines our everyday life, it is particularly important that we greet our guests who trust us and choose our hotel with high hygienic measures, which are recommended by the Hungarian Tourism Agency, the Austrian Hotel Association and in the press Finding research is recommended.
We await you with increased hygienic safety measures throughout the hotel. The measures affect all hotel departments that are in direct contact with the guests, and also the provision of optimal working conditions for the staff working in the background, as well as all technical conditions that create safe operation.

We constantly review and update our measures in accordance with the statutory provisions.
If our guest feels uncomfortable, he is obliged to report this to reception or to therapy. In this case, we will take the necessary measures in accordance with the regulations. We ensure the health of our employees at every start of work and ensure that the necessary protective equipment is available.
In the lobby of the hotel, guests and employees must be kept a distance of 1.5 meters on arrival and departure, for whom we provide an area separated with cordon. When checking in and out, 1 person can stand at the counter, which is separated by plexiglass, in order to protect both our guests and the staff. In the lobby, regular disinfection is carried out every two hours, paying particular attention to surfaces in contact with the skin. Antiviral hand sanitisers are readily available throughout the hotel. The elevator can only be used by guests staying in the same room. We have installed a non-contact hand disinfectant on the elevators on every floor for the safety of our employees and guests. The touchscreen in the elevator is regularly disinfected. We recommend using stairs. Objects that are made available to the guest (key card, pen, etc.) are disinfected at the reception with UV-C light and disinfectant before each release.
We recommend that you fill out the registration form online before your arrival, in which case it will only be given to the guest for signature, otherwise it will have to be filled in at check-in. We prefer contactless payment with bank cards, in which the bank card terminal is regularly disinfected. Room cards are treated with UV light after each check-out. The colleagues in the Guest Relations office wear a mask to protect themselves and our guests.
It is recommended that you wear a mask in the common area of the hotel. In the catering areas, wearing the mask is compulsory according to Government Ordinance 468/2020. We ask for your cooperation.
After the summer season, we carried out a comprehensive cleaning of the hotel, including of course the rooms and common areas - in the usual high quality. In addition to the previously used cleaning agents and disinfectants, a high-alcohol disinfectant was also introduced.
Before the guests are received, the room cleaning and surface disinfection is done, in certain cases even the room is disinfected with ozone. We remember that we can accommodate our guests as far apart as possible. We only leave the absolutely necessary paper information sheets in the room, which are taken into the selective trash can after the guest's departure. The bed scarves and decorative pillows were also temporarily removed from the rooms and are waiting to be cleaned and used again after the Covid 19 risk has ended. During your stay at the hotel, the room must be cleaned daily. There is no way to avoid cleaning, we ask for the understanding and support of our guests. During cleaning, we ventilate and disinfect the surfaces that are often affected. Please do not use the bed in the room in street clothes. The hotel has its own laundry, where high-quality technology and automation ensure that properly cleaned and disinfected textiles are always delivered to the rooms, treatment rooms, restaurant and the spa / vitalium.
Our colleagues wear a mask during cleaning and regularly disinfect their hands.
According to Government Ordinance 468/2020, it is compulsory to wear a mask in our catering areas units, both until arriving at the table, when queuing at the buffet table and when leaving the table.
In our restaurant, one table offers space for a maximum of four people and their children. All of our guests must use hand sanitizer when entering the restaurant. Our colleagues accompany our guests to their table to ensure that the space is optimally distributed and that the distance is kept. Our employees (waiters, chefs and cooks) wear masks.
We continuously disinfect the surfaces of restaurant furniture as well as machines and devices, even at night disinfection is carried out with an ozone device.
We offer our guests a buffet system for breakfast as well as for dinner. At the buffet table, cooks and waiters help with serving. Of course, our guests still have the usual choice and quality.
Antiviral detergents are used throughout the kitchen. We also make physical distance compulsory for our kitchen staff, and the use of masks and gloves is compulsory for them. We maintain a core temperature of 75 ° C when preparing the meals and we train our colleagues continuously.
Frequent questions about Covid-19 are the health risks of industrial ventilation / cooling / heating systems. The only danger is when the ventilation works with mixed air. In our hotel, suction and supply air work separately, so that no air is circulated. This prevents viruses from entering the system from the room, public areas or offices. Of course, when reopening, the air filters were correctly adjusted, checked and thoroughly cleaned to prevent the growth / spread of Legionella.
In our hotel, the fitness room offers space for 3 people or 1 family at the same time. Disinfection has been mandatory while the machines are in use, this is still insured, but we disinfect every 3 hours regardless of use. To avoid overloading, you can register for an appointment. Our free sports programs are carried out with the safety distance in mind.
In our medical and beauty department we have set up a plexiglass by the dispatcher counter to ensure the distance, even we help to keep the distance of one and a half meters in front of the ordination rooms, the counter and the treatment rooms. The tools used in the counter are disinfected. The number of guests in the weight bath and in the treatment rooms is minimized. We ask our guests to come for treatments not in street clothes, but in a bathrobe. After every treatment, the cabins are disinfected and the textiles are changed. To take advantage of the treatments in the Vitalium Medical Wellness Center, we can secure a mask for the guest free of charge at the dispatcher counter. At the request of our guest, our colleagues can also wear a mask during the treatments. During the medical examination, wearing the mask is compulsory for both our staff and guests.
Our wellness area is in operation according to the current regulations and recommendations. All services in our indoor and outdoor wellness area with adventure pools, paddling pools, indoor pools, medicinal water pools, the adventure elements, steam bath, jacuzzi, Finnish saunas with sauna infusions, the outdoor pools (swimming pools and Acapulco pool) can be used.
Compulsory water changes, disinfection and cleaning have taken place, and we have complied with the additional water purification regulations. We set up our deck chairs at a safe distance from each other. Our lifeguards constantly ensure that the pools are not overcrowded. The entire wellness department is constantly cleaned and disinfected, especially the railings, water blocks, changing rooms and toilets. Thanks to our state-of-the-art air technology, the total amount of air in our indoor wellness area is exchanged every hour, we also ventilate and occasionally carry out an additional ozone disinfection.
In the smoking area for guests there is space for a family or a maximum of 2 people at the same time.
A family or 2 children can stay in our children's playground at the same time under the supervision of the animation. Our unattended playroom can accommodate a family or 2 children with 1-1 parents each.
The number of participants in animation programs for adults and children, even active programs, is also limited depending on the location.
Zusätzlich zu den strengen Hygienevorschriften trifft das Laserzentrum die folgenden Vorsichtsmaßnahmen, um die Gesundheit von Patienten und Personal zu schützen: Wir bitten Sie, einen Abstand von anderthalb Metern am Dispatcher-Schalter einzuhalten, ein Patient (und sein / ihr Begleiter) können gleichzeitig am Schalter sein. Vor der Behandlung bestätigt der Patient mit der Unterschrift, dass er keine Beschwerden über eine Infektion hat. Die Theke, die Ordinationsräume und der Behandlungsraum werden ständig desinfiziert. Alle unsere Mitarbeiter tragen Masken.
Unsere Patienten werden gebeten, spätestens 15 Minuten vor dem Behandlungstermin einzutreffen, um eine Überlastung des Dispatcher-Schalters zu vermeiden, und Maske zu tragen. Die Begleiter werden gebeten, während der Behandlung im Café oder in der Hotellobby zu warten.
