Transfer prices

The transfer service is carried out by an external company, the transfer does not belong to the hotel services (our hotel solely acts as an intermediary).

Route I: Budapest-Hévíz/ Hévíz-Budapest, Vienna-Hévíz/Hévíz-Vienna

The transfer time from Budapest or Vienna takes approx. 2.5 hours.

Rates - payable to the driver

1-3 persons: 180 € / car / Vienna/Budapest 1 route

4-8 persons: 245 € / car / Vienna/Budapest 1 route

1-3 persons: 320 € / car / Vienna/Budapest back and forth

4-8 persons: 440 € / car / Vienna/Budapest back and forth

Route II: Hévíz Airport (Sármellék SOB) - Hévíz / Hévíz - Hévíz Airport (Sármellék SOB)

The transfer time takes approx. 30 minutes.

Rates - payable to the driver

1-3 persons: 40 € / car 1 route

4-8 persons: 60 € / car 1 route

1-3 persons: 70 € / car back and forth

4-8 persons: 90 € / car back and forth

You can order the transfer in the hotel, please, fill in a form and send to the sales@europafit.hu, you’ll get the cofirmation from the hotel.

I. Payment

Please, pay directly to the driver in cash.

II. Terms of ordering

We accept an order for the transfer only if the transfer reservation is received at least 3 working days before the guest's arrival.

III. Terms of cancellation

The ordered transfer can be changed or cancelled without penalty at least 3 working days before the date of delivery of passengers. When cancellation is made within 3 days, the total costs are payable as laid down in the confirmation.

IV. Customer complaints

Our hotel does not take any responsibility regarding the transfer. In case of complaints, the guest must contact the transfer service provider.

V. Other conditions

• Pets can be delivered on request, only in a petbox or basket and have to be ordered together on the form.
• In case of children please give us the exact age for providing suitable kidseat in the car.
• For a transfer order please, fill in the form and send at least 3 days before arrival to the hotel sales@europafit.hu
