The Hotel Europa Fit****^superior in Hévíz is famous far and wide for its excellent cuisine. The food is always savory, special, fresh, varied, and the buffet at 9pm is as impeccable as it was at the opening. The same, of course, is true for breakfast. The excellent quality of the raw materials is the number one consideration in the hotel. In addition to the “healthy” element of the current food culture, which is almost thwarted, additives (“plastic” exemption) are becoming increasingly important, which the hotel also places great emphasis on.

Lunch break...

Take delight in a delicious lunch in our restaurant after an actively spent morning or a nice walk in the city. We await you with a daily a la carte lunch offer from 12.00 to 15.00. 
Those who want to spend all day sunbathing and swimming in summer can find a light lunch or ice-cream specialities, freshly pressed fruit and vegetable juice, cocktails in our Grill Garden. You can find not only classical grilled meat dishes on our menu but also vegetarian specialities. Have you ever tried vegetable pita made of wheat with yoghurt, millet risotto or zucchini filled with vegetables? Try these new tastes. Our Grill Garden is open in summer from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. 

Cozy dinner...

A pleasant dinner consumed after a beautiful day is an adventure in the world of gastronomy. The offer of our buffet dinner includes traditional Hungarian specialities, vegetarian dishes, regional specialities as well as “grandma’s” home made cookies. After our nice appetisers - they are definitely not conventional - try our traditional soups. The freshly cooked dishes come next. A fish dish and a Hungarian traditional dish are offered every night. You can always find a kind of vegetarian food on the buffet table as well, and of course the creative side dishes can’t be left out either.

Our salad buffet consists of two parts: traditional Hungarian salads prepared with vinegar and the freshly prepared green salads to which we offer artfully seasoned dressing, strawberry and raspberry vinegar, olive oil, marrow seed oil and many different specialities.

Somló sponge cake is the speciality of our hotel. Our cakes are made of seasonal fruits. In our dessert offer you always find delicious cookies made by the traditional recipes of our grannies.The specialities of our chef and his team and the wines in harmony with the tastes of the dishes will round off a day perfectly.

Food intolerance, special diets

Our chefs await those who are allergic/sensitive to gluten, lactose and milk proteins, egg, soy, etc., as well as those who are on special diets due to their chosen lifestyle (e.g. organic, vegan, paleo, alternative diets etc.), well prepared, given that they communicate their needs to our hotel in advance.

Please inform our staff upon entering the restaurant if you have ordered a special meal from our hotel.

Meals prepared for guests with special diets are not found on the buffet table since we want to make sure that we can guarantee them to the customer. Our daily offer is compiled in a way that it covers the most common cases. Half-board includes a soup starter, a main course and a dessert for dinner, and breakfast drinks, pastries and cold cuts for breakfast. In case of several sensitivities or special requests, it is possible to pre-order an individual meal for a supplement of 10 EUR / day / meal that is paid in addition to the half board price, this applies to breakfast and dinner.

We cannot guarantee the provision of a special meal at our hotel without prior notice. In the case of a particularly severe food allergy, we are unfortunately unable to offer a personalized menu.

Mandarin Bar & Café

During the all-day exhausting programs, the hotel’s two cozy bars offer a real break. Our VinoBar has a wide selection of drinks and a cozy conservatory for our guests. The Mandarin Bar & Café pampers guests with cocktail specialties, tempting cakes and coffee variations, and in the evenings live music conjures up an intimate atmosphere, which continues even to the lobby. Its openings:
