We have once again been awarded the Hévíz Traditional Cure Certification for another two years!

We are delighted to announce that our hotel has once again been awarded the Hévíz Traditional Cure Certification. The certification confirms for another two years the high professional standard of our medical services.

As part of the certification process, an independent committee of rheumatology experts evaluated our medical services and verified that all conditions required for the traditional Hévíz cure are fulfilled. This year's committee consisted of Dr. Gábor Domokos, Dr. Veronika Moll and Dr. Géza Kurth, who carried out a comprehensive on-site inspection of the participating institutions.

Certification requires full compliance with the following seven criteria:

Certified therapeutic bathing: The institution operates its own thermal pool supplied with genuine Hévíz medicinal water.
Controlled water temperature: The water temperature is maintained between 25°C and 38°C, while the duration of bathing is prescribed individually by a medical specialist.
Access to Lake Hévíz: Patients are provided with the opportunity to bathe in the Hévíz Thermal Lake, even if offered at an external location.
Hévíz medicinal mud treatments: Hévíz therapeutic mud packs or mud baths are available on site.
Precisely regulated mud therapy: The temperature of the medicinal mud must not exceed 42°C, and the treatment duration is determined by a specialist physician.
Weight bath therapy: The institution offers the traditional Hévíz weight bath treatment.
Controlled weight bath parameters: The pool water temperature is maintained between 34°C and 36°C. The duration of treatment, the amount and distribution of the weights, and the suspension points are prescribed by a specialist physician.

The certificate was presented at a ceremonial event by Ildikó Lancz, Managing Director of Hévíz Tourism Nonprofit Ltd., together with Henriette Mörkné Győrvári, Member of the Municipal Council.
