In Hévíz there are outdoor car parks and a large city car park, also for a fee. For more information about city parking ask the reception.
Electric car charging options:
We offer complimentary charging facilities for hotel guests both in the hotel garage and in the parking lot in front of the entrance. There is one charging station in the parking lot at the main entrance, equipped with two Type 2 connectors and capable of providing up to 22 kW of charging power. On level -1 of our garage, there are two wall-mounted charging stations with a total of four Type 2 connectors, each capable of delivering up to 22 kW of charging power. Our hotel offers double and deluxe rooms, suites.
Our guests can choose between our standard or superior double rooms, deluxe and deluxe plus rooms, which have the same basic equipment, but our superior double rooms and deluxe plus rooms have a park and/or pool side view and include a Nespresso coffee machine. Each room is equipped with a kettle for making coffee and tea, and a bottle of mineral water is provided on arrival.
Our double rooms are the perfect choice for couples. The interior design of the room is associated with the turquoise waves of Lake Hévíz, which creates a perfect atmosphere during their rest.
In our deluxe and deluxe plus rooms, a big one-room sleeping- and a living area await families and those who is looking for some extra comfort.
We recommend our renovated suites to our guests looking for exclusivity, they serve the needs of both those who like active relaxation and exclusivity.

Half board
In our hotel, we provide half board for all selected packages.
The abundant, vital buffet breakfast and dinner is available in our Citrus restaurant.
During lunch, choose from our Citrus restaurant's daily or A'la Carte menu.
Food intolerance
Our chefs await those who are allergic/sensitive to gluten, lactose and milk proteins, egg, soy, etc., as well as those who are on special diets due to their chosen lifestyle (e.g. organic, vegan, paleo, alternative diets etc.), well prepared, given that they communicate their needs to our hotel in advance.
Please inform our staff upon entering the restaurant if you have ordered a special meal from our hotel.
Bars
Among the all-day programs, our bars offer real relaxation: VinoBar or Mandarin Bar & Café (where you can also have your welcome drink). In our Mandarin Bar we are waiting for our guests with tempting cakes, cocktail and coffee specialties. In the evenings, live music creates a familiar atmosphere and we can watch the life and programs going on in the lobby.
In the summer, the themed evenings, refreshing cocktails and beach atmosphere of the Acapulco Grill & Lounge enchant our guests.

We accept pets for a fee, the price is 13 000 HUF / night / pet.
If the guest does not inform the hotel about the arrival of the pet beforehand, the price for the pet is: 17 000 HUF / night / pet.
Our colleagues can provide more information about the capacity.
We prepare treats and a water bowl for your pet, that can be used during your stay. Pets are allowed to use the common areas to access the rooms, however they are not allowed in the restaurant, bar, wellness and spa area.
