Varied programs

Fans of sports and travel just need to contact the program desk. Well-trained professionals - sports and program animators - ensure that everyone finds something to do to their liking. A number of free recreational and preventive sports and exercise programs are available to our guests (for all ages) as part of our current weekly program offer:

• different types of morning exercise every day, and several kinds of water gymnastics with the help of special water weights and water noodles
• those who feel like it can try our different spine-friendly and joint-friendly sessions every day (Soft-Ball, DISC'O'SIT, smovey® training, Pilates, Stretching, Preventive spine training, etc.)
• those who want a more intense workout can participate in the Fit-Ball® fat-burning, Body Balls shaping or Aqua-Aerobics class
• those interested in eastern forms of movement can get acquainted with the Sun Salutation, Moon Salutation, and the Five "Tibetan" yoga exercises, as well as locomotor yoga
• there is also the possibility to learn different relaxation techniques
• guests who like outdoor activities can try the Nordic Walking and Smovey Walking programs in the beautiful forest around the lake
• it is also possible to try rehabilitation training (Osteoporosis training, Rehabilitation spine training, Gymnastics70+)
• with the regularly maintained bicycles that can be rented at the hotel, you can take part in a variety of bicycle tours in the wonderful surroundings either individually or organized
• for the children, led by a physiotherapist, we offer playful, varied children's exercises and health-preserving programs during school holidays with lots of surprises and gifts
• good news for fitness room lovers that our fitness room has been renovated: with world-class Life Fitness cardio and strength machines and a Concept2 rowing machine. The machines can be used for recreation, prevention, and rehabilitation.

From the summer of 2023, our exceptionally rich and diverse animation awaits children at a new location in a cool environment!
Spacious spaces for shared experiences, calm conditions for the smallest, modern rooms for consoles and interactive sessions, so that both parents and children feel good.
In addition, an outdoor playground, the Acapulco family experience pool (in summer), an indoor experience pool and paddling pool, as well as a dedicated team of animators during special periods await for the children!

Programs outside the hotel

Outside the walls of the hotel, we invite our guests to take a sightseeing walk, during which they can also see the unique thermal lake in Hévíz in Europe. Those who want to see the world can get to know Hungary's traditions and folk art, travel back in time to the world of medieval knights, or visit the most famous cities of our country, even with a personalized tour guide.
