The ColonAiQ test examines the methylation pattern of five regions of a total of 4 genes (two sections of the SEPT9 gene, one section each of the BCAT1, IKZF1 and VAV3 genes). The appearance of the hypermethylation pattern of the examined genes precedes the malignant changes of the cells in time.
Please always follow the test regulations for accurate and reliable results! In all cases, the blood sample should be taken on an empty stomach, after taking an adequate amount (about 0.5 liters) of liquid, which should be mainly water. Please avoid drinking coffee, tea or sugary drinks before taking blood.
