The changing table is located in the ladies’ room next to the reception and in the Acapulco Grill & Lounge.

It can be found in the room. Upon departure please leave the bathrobe in the room. The bathrobe is the property of the hotel so its usage is permitted only within the area of the hotel. During your stay, we change the bathrobe once a week for free. If you want the bathrobe to be changed more often, the extra change is: 1500 HUF/occassion/bathrobe. If you want a bathrobe change: Drop it to the ground!

Rent a bike (available for more generations) at the Guest Relations Department or at the reception.
The books are on the first floor in front of the elevators. You can rent a book for free. Our policy: read it, love it, turn it back!

Our hotel’s modern, air-conditioned banquet halls are ideal for conferences, meetings, training sessions, workshops, and private events. The larger hall comfortably accommodates up to 200 guests, while the smaller hall is suitable for up to 60 guests.
During breaks, coffee breaks or full meals can be arranged, and our FitKitchen experience kitchen is the perfect venue for team-building cooking sessions and culinary workshops.

We offer complimentary charging facilities for hotel guests both in the hotel's garage and in the parking lot in front of the entrance. There is one charging station in the parking lot at the main entrance, equipped with two Type 2 connectors and capable of providing up to 22 kW of charging power. On level -1 of our garage, there are two wall-mounted charging stations with a total of four Type 2 connectors, each capable of delivering up to 22 kW of charging power. Please, read the emergency instructions carefully and locate the emergency exits from the plan on the door of your room. The illuminated green signs on the corridor show the shortest way to the emergency exits. If you should discover a fire, please, call the Reception. On each floor there are extinguishers and fire alarm push-buttons. In case of fire, do not use the elevator. Stairways from each floor lead to the ground floor and the street. In case of emergency, please follow the instructions of our colleagues!

In the hotel a direct Internet access (wireless Internet) is available for the guests. You can find free Internet all over in the hotel (free of charge).

Our chemical, immunological, microbiological, molecular diagnostic and genetic tests can be requested even without a referral or a long wait. Our healthcare professionals are waiting for you without a doctor's referral, without standing in line or waiting, based on a prior appointment, in a pleasant environment, with fast and convenient access to results. Blood test from the age of 7.

The Vitalium Medical Centre Health Centre got expanded with a sterile operating room that is suitable for ambulatory surgical treatments and makes it possible to perform these ambulatory (max. 24 hours) operations under local anaesthetic as well as awake sedation. The patients who get an ambulatory treatment – depending on the type of the procedure – can relax in our post-operative area under professional supervision.
We have two opportunities for parking: closed and guarded underground car park or in front of the hotel’s main building, in a locked area. Parking for an extra charge. Further information at the reception.
Pets are allowed in the hotel for an extra charge, but they are not allowed in the restaurant and in the pool area. If your pet is in the room, please use the ‘I am in the room’ sign! You can find more information in the general terms and conditions and hotel etiquette for guests with pets.
Our hotel guests can charge their phone for free next to the Security Desk and in summer at the public charging station at Aquapulco Grill & Lounge.
We have various types of pillows which can be requested: anti-allergy, feather and Billerbeck 100% polyester pillows. The Housekeeping will be pleased to provide extra pillows.
Postcards and letters, which you would like to send by post, can be handed over to the Front Desk. Incoming mail can be collected from the Front Desk.

The restaurant will be pleased to take your order from 7 a.m. till 9 p.m. Please, select your choice from the room service menu on your desk. We serve breakfast from 7:00 a.m. till 11 a.m., the daily menu is valid from 12 a.m. till 10 p.m. Drink ordering: See Minibar.
Please, deposit your valuables in your room-safe, which is individually programmable. The hotel does not accept any liability for valuables, which are left unattended in the room. Use instructions beside the safe. In case of any problem please, contact the Front Desk.

Our sauna world welcomes guests on two floors. On the ground floor, there is a textile Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, salt chamber, steam cabin, and herbarium. On the upper floor, the ReneSanarium, our naturist sauna area, features a tropical experience shower, Finnish sauna, steam cabin, and a relaxing lounge area.

Your safety is one of our most important task. Our security department is 24 hours available. You can help their job: please, always close the door and window of your room, use the roomsafe, keep closed the door of the balcony. If you find a lost luggage at the area of the hotel, please, tell the reception. In case of fire, please, study the emergency way on the door of the room. Keep your valuables safe.
