The New Year's Eve programs are currently being organized, and we reserve the right to make changes.
Table Reservation for the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner: Seating for the Gala Dinner on December 31, 2025, will be arranged by the hotel staff. Information regarding seating (ballroom, table number, and seat number) will be available on December 28th, 29th, and 30th. Please note that we cannot confirm or guarantee any specific seating requests.

Check in: from 3 pm, check out: until 11:00 am. Early Check-in and late check-out will be dependent on the availability and occupation of the hotel, for extra charge. You can park in the hotel's guarded underground garage or use the hotel parking spaces outside, both for a fee. Further parking possibilities: parking spaces in the city, for a fee.
- 20% of the total package rate is to be paid till 1. December as a guarantee. If you book after this date, please pay the deposit within 48 hours.
- The reservation is only guaranteed after the deposit has been received.
- You can cancel your stay free of charge until 21 days before your arrival at the latest.
- In case of a cancellation 21 to 0 days before arrival, 20% charge of the booked services is payable to the hotel. Once 20% deposit is wired, and cancellation is made no later than 21 days before arrival we can either pay you back the amount, or you can use it on your next booking.
- In case of cancellation within 21 days before arrival or no show the hotel does not return the 20% deposit to the guest, but keeps it as a cancellation charge.
