Table Reservation for the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner: Seating for the Gala Dinner on December 31, 2025, will be arranged by the hotel staff. Information regarding seating (ballroom, table number, and seat number) will be available on December 28th, 29th, and 30th. Please note that we cannot confirm or guarantee any specific seating requests.

Check in: from 3 pm, check out: until 11:00 am. Early Check-in and late check-out will be dependent on the availability and occupation of the hotel, for extra charge. You can park in the hotel's guarded underground garage or use the hotel parking spaces outside, both for a fee. Further parking possibilities: parking spaces in the city, for a fee.
- Our offer requires a 50% deposit, which should be paid by December 1; for bookings made after this date, the deposit must be paid within 48 hours after booking.
- The reservation is only guaranteed once the deposit has been received.
- Up to 21 days prior to arrival, the reservation can be cancelled or modified without penalty (according to the prices and conditions valid at the time of modification, subject to availability); for cancellations within 21 days of arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- If the reservation is cancelled within the penalty-free period, the deposit will be refunded or a freely usable gift voucher of the same amount will be issued.
- For cancellations within 21 days of arrival or in case of no-show, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee and will not be refunded.
