The bathing culture of Hévíz has a history of more than 200 years. This year, we celebrate the 220th anniversary of the first bathhouse construction in our town.

On this occasion, we receive our guests with colourful programs and even greater attention. Security, tranquillity, peace and hospitality await the bathers in the town. We would like to develop Hévíz into Central Europe's leading health centre, to this end, we will do everything in order that our guests can recover and relax in a harmonious environment.

Hévíz is a spa town in the heart of Europe, which, building on the traditional Hévíz therapy, is a perfect holiday resort for the guests. This has been true for centuries and it is also true today; those, who would like to retreat from the noise of the world, will surely find peace at us. Air transport is undisturbed both in Hévíz-Balaton Airport and in Liszt Ferenc Airport in Budapest. The airport transfers offer a comfortable, fast and secure solution for reaching Hévíz.
From Austria, border closure can be experienced only at the Nickelsdorf/Hegyeshalom border station, passenger traffic is undisturbed at every other border station. If you come to Hévíz, we recommend you use the Sopron – Klingenbach and the Rábafüzes – Heiligenkreutz border station.
