Strength in a team: quality hospitality in Heviz

Our colleague, Agnes Molnar is a key member of the Europafit’s team since the opening. We are proud to announce that she was chosen among the “TOP 50 Successful People 2021” in the almanac of “Successfol Women”. Get to know her story too…

Agnes Molnar was born in Szeged in 1974, her parents are teachers. She graduated in mathematics from a famous high school of Szeged. Neither she, nor her ambience thought at that time, that her career would be completed in a very different area, in the hotel industry, in another place of Hungary, in Heviz.

She completed her higher education at the College of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism in Budapest, majoring in tourism and hotel, and then she graduated in financial economics at the Janus Pannonius University of Pecs, too.

Her susceptibility to foreign languages was already evident in her childhood. She speaks English, German, Russian and Italian, which are of great use in her work.

Already during her college years, she worked as a stewardess for MALEV National Hungarian Airlines and then in a famous four-star hotel in Switzerland. It was then that her real mission was formulated:

to work in the hotel industry as a member of a successful and supportive,
good-natured team
so that guests can experience unforgettable and fun moments.

Agnes Molnar has been working in Heviz since 1996, for 20 years in the 231-room four-star Hotel Europa Fit, in one of Hungary's leading wellness hotels. Since its opening, Sales and Marketing Director and since 2006, she has been Deputy CEO. The development of sales policy and department management, revenue management, establishing and maintaining relationships with business partners, monitoring and responding to market processes, and efficient work organization are all part of her daily work.

Her complex vision, optimism, dynamism, conscientiousness, reliability, precision, diligence and personal example contribute to the success of both herself and her hotel.
All this is supported by the lot of appreciative guest opinions, the high proportion of returning regular guests and the numerous professional and audience awards and certificates won in Hungary and abroad.

It is her creed to establish and maintain long-term and fruitful cooperation in business.
Like several other tourism companies, the Hotel Europa Fit in Heviz also has the statement, that it has never had such a difficult and challenging business year, due to the epidemic situation as in 2020.

She believes, the success is guaranteed in the future too, thanks to the supportive attitude of the owners, continuous renovations, constant renewals of the service offer, an efficient and family work-environment, where the employees can always count on each other, the existing and expanding satisfied customer base and business partner network.

She is confident, that the epidemic and the relating temporary difficulties will disappear from our everyday life as soon as possible, and in the meantime we can successfully overcome the obstacles ahead.

She is also happy in her private life, her husband is the director of a famous hotel in Heviz, their daughter is 17 years old, it is possible, that she would follow the example of her parents and soon complete her higher education in Budapest, in the hotel industry.
