Award for domestic tourism: Hotel Europa Fit****superior is accommodation of the year 2020

The Szallas.hu annually awards the accommodations in its portfolio. In addition to several professional categories, an absolute winner is also announced based on the opinion of a professional jury and guest reviews. In 2020, the Hotel Europa Fit****^superior in Heviz received the prestigious recognition.

Hungary's most popular accommodation agency portal, the Szallas.hu, held its year-end Gala this year as well, where different prizes were awarded. Although the Gala took place in an unusual way (online) this year, the excitement and enthusiasm was as present as in previous years. In addition to the resolution of the professional jury, the fate of the awards was also decided by the guest opinions. And the results kept several surprises in store for us ...

In addition to the opinion of the professional jury, the guests could also decide on the fate of the awards. After all, what could be more authentic than the experience of a hotel guest?

Our hotel has been successfully competing for years. The remuneration takes place between the accommodation establishments in the entire database of Szallas.hu, from the smallest to the largest chains and properties. In 2016, Europafit was the 1st place in the Professional Award, and in 2019, Europafit was the 2nd place in the same category. As the culmination of the year 2020, in addition to the professional 2nd place, our hotel also won the absolute main prize, the Hotel of the Year 2020 award based on the nearly 1.5 million real guest reviews and the opinion of the professional jury.

„Even though, this accommodation lost most of its guests with the elimination of foreigners, during the first wave of the epidemic situation, it was able to start building a whole new circle of guests and position itself appropriately in a very tough market. We are happy that the Europafit success series is not over, the result is a huge recognition for the hard work of our team throughout the year.
